A credit card is necessary to hold a reservation,
and full payment is required at check-in. We accept
Visa and Mastercard, cash and personal check (with credit
card as security). There are no refunds for early departure.
We require a seven day cancellation notice, fourteen for
holiday weeks/weekends. If you cancel after this timeframe,
we reserve the right to charge you for any nights we can't
rebook.
Check-in is from 4-10 pm, check-out is by 11 am.
Please let us know if you need to arrive sooner or stay
later.
All cancellations must be confirmed. Email or voicemail
cancellations without return confirmations are not valid.
Minimum stays during holiday weekends and peak seasons
often apply. Two-night minimums on most weekends,
and three-night minimums on holiday weekends are typical.
Weekly rates apply to stays
of 5-7 days. Week-long visits may begin any day of the
week except Saturday. There is a one-week limit to the
weekly rate during peak seasons (additional days will
be added at the daily rate.)
There is no smoking in our rooms or cottages. Additional
fees will be charged for noncompliance and for tampering
with smoke alarms.
We provide daily housekeeping services in our motel rooms,
and daily towel service in the cottages.
Please be considerate of our other guests. Quiet
time is after 9 pm, and all guests are asked to be indoors
by 11 pm. Guests checking in late are asked to be especially
courteous of sleeping neighbors.
All guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied
by a person over 25.
Damages caused to the rented room or cottage, or
to any of the furniture or linens in the room are the
full responsibility of the registered guest.
DOG POLICY
We allow small to medium well-behaved dogs to
accompany our guests at no extra charge, provided that
the following rules are obeyed (up to a $50 cleaning charge
may be applied for noncompliance). Cats, due to the prevalence
of common allergies, are not permitted.
- We must be notified in advance if you will be bringing
your dog.
- Our units are small, so we cannot accomodate dogs larger
than 50 pounds, or more than one dog per room
or cottage..
- Dogs are not permitted on the beds, bedding
or furniture. Please bring other bedding
for your pets.
- Dogs must be clean and well-behaved (house-trained,
not prone to frequent barking, biting or destruction.)
- Please be mindful of your dog's behavior. Frequent or
repetitive barking, for the sake of our other
guests, cannot be tolerated. Guests with dogs
that impact other guest's stays will
be asked to leave.
- Please clean up after your dog outside.
- Dogs are not to be left alone in rooms or cottages.
- The registered guest is responsible for any damages
or extra cleaning charges.
