BIG NEWS!    In conjunction with moving our office to the new Lodge, we've also changed our name
from the "Phoenicia Village Motel & Cottages" to "Phoenicia Lodge."
Otherwise, we're still the same great place you remember!

Originally built in the 40s and 50s, the Phoenicia Lodge combines the character of the past
with the comfort and convenience of today.

Our clean and cozy motel rooms, cottages and spacious suites are situated in a wooded
valley between Route 28 and the Esopus Creek, surrounded by gorgeous mountains and
